Returns and exchanges

Orders can be returned for any reason within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please email info@bcorles.com for further instructions. Region-specific return fees apply.

Item Condition

Please note that all products must be returned in the same unworn and unused condition as when received. Items showing any signs of wear or damage may not be accepted.

Uncollected Packages

If an order is not collected from the chosen pick-up point, it will be returned to us. A restocking fee, as well as the return and shipping fees, will be deducted from the refund.
